Summary: Pleasant room and outlook, but even deluxe rooms are small. We also found the room servicing and housekeeping left much to be desired. Room was never serviced before 4.30 pm! We were out from 9 am until 4 and they still had not serviced the room. Then even though we hung the towels up, indicating a desire to re use, they were taken and replaced with one towel, no hand towel and we were a couple! Tea and coffee cups were also not replaced. Day 2 the service was so late - 5.30 pm - we wanted to shower and get ready to go out, so we just asked for towels and cups but had no clean or make up. We were also charged 200 euro deposit on arrival even though we had fully paid for the room. Still waiting for the refund of the balance. Meanwhile NH Torino required no such deposit.
